Catering Policies

On site events require a minimum $1000 (Sun – Thurs), $1500 (Friday) and $1250 (Saturday evenings) event budget. A $500 space rental fee is due for any event not reaching this minimum.

 

In order to prepare for your event we require menus to be finalized at least 14 days in advance of your event and a final guest count at least 7 days in advance. Food will be prepared and rentals acquired to assure your guests are served according to your attendance guarantee. Your billing will reflect the attendance number provided.

 

We will do our best to work with you on changes occurring within 72 hours of your event. Events cancelled at least

14 days prior to the event will incur no charges except costs associated with unique foods or supplies for your event. Refunds of deposits are not available if an event is cancelled within 7 days of the event, and additional charges may apply to food prepared and/or rentals acquired for your event.

 

A gratuity of 20% will be added to events requiring servers or bartenders.

 

8.4% Camas local & state sales tax rates apply to the total billing, unless services are delivered to Oregon. Rates are subject to change.

 

New clients will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill. The balance will be due on or before the day of the event. In some cases, the balance will be billed net 30 days. Your contract will specify payment terms.
